Shipping & Payment
We ship to all 27 European Union member states. Orders are dispatched from our Nuremberg warehouse via trusted carriers (DHL and DPD) to the delivery address you provide at checkout. All shipping costs include statutory VAT.

Free shipping
Your order ships free once its value reaches the “Free from” threshold for your delivery zone — from €49 within Germany, rising to €110 for the most distant zones. The applicable threshold is shown in your cart at checkout.
Delivery information
Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. If your order contains items with different delivery times, we ship them together in a single parcel unless otherwise agreed; in that case the longest delivery time applies. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods.
