Refund and Returns Policy

1 Your right of withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you — or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you — acquire physical possession of the goods. Where you order several items in one order that are delivered separately, the period runs from possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (for example, a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract:

You may use the model withdrawal form near the bottom of this page, but this is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2 Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send the goods back to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

3 When the right of withdrawal does not apply

In accordance with § 312g (2) BGB, the right of withdrawal does not exist — or expires early once the seal is broken — for the following, which are common to our product range:

• Sealed goods not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, where the seal has been removed after delivery. This applies in particular to food supplements and cosmetic products once opened or unsealed.
• Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly — for example perishable superfoods, teas, or foods with a short best-before date.
• Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items according to their nature.

4 How to return an item — step by step

1. Tell us within 14 days. Email info@elixia.shop with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. You may attach the model withdrawal form below.
2. Pack it securely in the original packaging — unopened and unused, with any seals intact.
3. Send it to: Blumental Bayern GmbH, Melanchthonplatz 4–6, 90443 Nuremberg, Germany. Return postage is paid by you; we recommend a tracked service, as the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us.
4. We refund you. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will email to confirm and issue your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.

5 Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or is not what you ordered, please contact info@elixia.shop as soon as possible after delivery, ideally with a photo. This is separate from the right of withdrawal — your statutory warranty rights (Gewährleistung) under German law remain fully unaffected. For genuinely defective or incorrect items we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

6 Refunds — timing & method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method — card, PayPal, Klarna, Sofort or bank transfer — without undue delay and no later than 14 days. Depending on your bank or provider, it may take a few additional business days to appear on your statement. If an expected refund has not arrived after that time, please check with your bank first, then contact info@elixia.shop.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item using the process above and place a new order.
